Buildlyfe Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Buildlyfe app collects and how it's used. Buildlyfe is made and published by Zerostat LLC (“Zerostat,” “we,” “us”).

What Buildlyfe stores, and where

To work, Buildlyfe saves the following on your device:

• The companion character you picked and your relationship level with them
• Your daily tasks, which ones you completed, and your streak history
• Cosmetic rewards you've unlocked, such as outfits
• Your app settings

This data is created as you use the app and stays on your device. It's used only to run Buildlyfe: to show your tasks and progress, update your relationship level, and unlock rewards. We don't receive a copy.

Buildlyfe doesn't include any analytics, advertising, or tracking tools, and it doesn't show ads.

Apple Health

Buildlyfe doesn't read from or write to Apple Health.

Photo journal (planned)

We plan to add an optional, private daily photo journal. Photos and notes you add to it will be stored only on your device. They won't be uploaded to us or shared with anyone. We'll update this policy when the feature is released.

Subscriptions and payments

Apple processes your subscription through your Apple ID. We never receive your name, payment card, or billing address. The app checks with Apple, on your device, whether your subscription is active. Apple may share sales reports with us that don't identify you personally. Apple's handling of your information is covered by Apple's privacy policy.

Who else is involved

• Apple processes payments and distributes the app through the App Store.
• If you've chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may share crash reports and usage statistics with us. These don't identify you, and you can turn this off in Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Analytics & Improvements.

We don't sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to track you.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your Buildlyfe data stays on your device until you delete it. To delete it, delete the Buildlyfe app. Because we don't hold a copy, we can't recover it for you afterwards. If your device is backed up (for example, with iCloud Backup), the backup may include app data; Apple's terms cover those backups.

Deleting the app doesn't cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings (seeBuildlyfe terms).

Future server features

We plan to add cloud backup later. Before we release that or any other feature that sends your data to a server, we'll update this policy to explain exactly what is sent, why, where it's stored, how long we keep it, and how to delete it.

Age requirement

Buildlyfe is for adults 18 and over. It isn't intended for children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Our website

zerostat.ai doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or any third-party scripts. There are no forms and no accounts on the website.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes basic technical information that every web request includes, such as your IP address and browser type, so it can deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We don't use this information to identify or track you.

If you email us at [email protected], we use your email address and message only to reply to you and to handle your request. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't share your email with anyone except our email provider, which stores our mailbox.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the “Last updated” date at the top. If a change materially affects how Buildlyfe uses your data, we'll also let you know in the app before the change takes effect.
