About Buildlyfe

In Buildlyfe you choose a companion character and work through a short list of daily fitness and self-improvement tasks. Finish your tasks and your relationship level with your companion grows. Skip several days in a row and it starts to slip, so the easiest way forward is to keep showing up.

Your companion keeps you going with pre-written lines and a daily affirmation. Each season brings cosmetic rewards, such as new outfits, that you earn by staying consistent.

At launch, your progress is stored only on your device. There's no account to create, and nothing is sent to our servers. Cloud backup is planned for a later update. We're also planning an optional, private daily photo journal.

Join the test group

We're looking for people to try Buildlyfe before it launches and tell us what works and what doesn't. If you're interested, email [email protected] with the subject “Buildlyfe tester” and tell us a little about yourself and which iPhone you use. Testers must be 18 or older. We'll reply with next steps.

Buildlyfe is for adults 18 and over. It isn't medical advice; check with a doctor before starting a new exercise program.
